Q: Why should I register my new trailer or personal snowplow?
A: By registering your trailer or snowplow, you activate the limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty that SnowBear Limited offers. It also provides us with your contact information should we need to provide an update on the product you own. You can also choose to receive additional information from us on upcoming promotions and new product announcements.
Q: How can I register my new trailer or snowplow?
A: There are four easy ways to activate your warranty:
- Call 1-800-337-2327 and speak with a Customer Service Representative who will register you over the phone
- Fax your completed warranty card to 1-866-767-2584, Attention: Customer Service Dept.
- Complete an on-line trailer or snowplow warranty form
- Mail your completed warranty card to SnowBear Limited, Attn: Customer Service Dept.,

Q: How long is my warranty for?
A: The warranty is for one year starting from the date the product is purchased.
Q: Is the warranty coverage transferable if I sell my trailer or snowplow?
A: SnowBear Limited offers a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty to the original owner only.
Q: The snowplow warranty registration form asks for my serial number. Where do I find it?
A: The serial number can be found in two places. It is located on a white sticker on the back of the snowplow blade, or may also be located on the mount certificate (which may be found in box 2 of 2).
Q: The trailer warranty registration form asks for my VIN number. Where do I find it?
A: The VIN number can be found in two places. It is can be found on a sticker located on the driver's side of the trailer, or on the Certificate of Origin/NVIS form (which was provided to you at the time of purchase)
