Return Policy & Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with the part(s) you received, the product may be returned for an exchange or refund within 60 days of order placement. All product must be inspected before a full refund is issued. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send parts back to SnowBear Limited. Please allow up to 6 weeks for credit.
Return Procedure:
- Package item in original box (if possible)
- For Canadian Customers - return item via a trackable method (such as FedEx or ExpressPost) to SnowBear Limited, 155 Dawson Road , Guelph, ON N1H 1A4 - Attention: Pat Read
For American Customers - return item via a trackable method (such as FedEx) to SnowBear Limited, c/o Great Lakes Custom Brokerage, 4500 Witmer Industrial Estates, Niagara Falls, NY 14305-1386
- If the item is received in good condition, a credit will be processed for the part less a 20% re-stocking fee. This amount will be credited back to a credit card.
